The location of the accommodation is very convenient, as it is a short distance from the hospital and close to Union Street and the train station. there is a Sainsbury's local shop just around the corner, making it easy to grab any necessities. the flat itself is immaculate and well-maintained, with a cosy and warm atmosphere. It is also fully equipped with modern amenities such as a TV with streaming services, a dishwasher, washing machine, and even a home gym with a stationary bicycle and rowing machine.
One small downside is that the exterior area leading to the flat was not as well-kept as expected, but this is understandable as it is a communal area in an older building.

Wow, what a lovely flat! The photos don't do it justice - it's even better in person. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated, especially the kitchen and living room. We had everything we needed for our stay, from a dishwasher and washing machine to a coffee maker and even a juicer. The location couldn't have been better - close to Union Street and the train station, with a Sainsbury's just around the corner. And the best part? They had a home gym with a stationary bicycle and rowing machine. Definitely a bonus for fitness enthusiasts like me!
The initial impression of the building's exterior and lobby. It looked a bit run-down and unkept, which was a surprise.

From the moment we stepped into the flat, we were extremely impressed. It is even better than it looks in the photos. For a relatively small space, it is very cosy and we were able to move around comfortably. the entire flat is immaculate and also has everything you need for a long or short stay. We did not have issues with heating or noise, except for the one night where the flat above seemed to be having some gathering. Last but not the least, the host is fantastic! Super happy with our interactions with her. She was super helpful, nice, attentive and acted highly professionally with us every step of the way. Cons: Can't think of anything. 😊.

The exterior of the building and communal areas may not be as well-maintained as the interior, but this is understandable considering it is an older building and a shared space.
